How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Please click here for more information on returning an item.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Return Policy:
   If you are not completely satisfied with your item/s they may be returned for a full refund.
   Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
   All tags must remain on items to be returned.
   Items must be returned in original condition and not be worn or used.
   If any of the following steps are not completed the return may not be processed.

How to Return an Item:  
  1.  Locate the Packing Slip and Return Shipping Label that were included in the box with the original delivery.
  2.  Repackage the item/s to be returned.
  3.  Place the packing slip inside the box with the items to be returned.
  4.  Secure the box.
  5.  Include your return address on the box
  6.  Adhere the shipping label to the box.
  7.  If you don't have the return shipping label please ship to:

  8.  Ship via the carrier of your choice.

What to Expect:
   1.  Upon receipt of your package The Merc will inspect the merchandise and match it to the enclosed Packing Slip.
   2.  When condition of the merchandise and the original order is confirmed The Merc will process the return.
   3.  A full refund will be applied by way of the original payment.
   4.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the transaction has been processed.
   5.  Allow a full billing cycle to expire for the credit to appear on your statement.
   6.  In the unlikely event that a return cannot be accepted you will be notified if we can determine the origin of the return.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
